When new teams, roles and responsibilities have to be established, it is often difficult to make a change. Managers have a responsibility to help shape these changes and to develop the potential in the organization.

  • We provide support in the organization of work, business process optimization and how the change process can be made transparent.
  • We help stakeholders in the company who are severely affected by change. Necessary measures are derived and supported in an appropriate manner.
  • Together, we develop roadmaps and methods for the entire change process and design it in such a way that it meets their needs and potentials (value chain diagram, swimming lane model…)
  • Moderation of the process design with the appropriate experts
  • Design of learning processes where new competence needs to be built up
  • Monitoring of desired changes and, if necessary, readjustment
