The Company

History

  • 1987 Bruno Meneghin founded Meneghin & Partner Unternehmensberatung AG (M&P) in Basel. At the time, M&P was a pioneer in the human resources consulting and training business with a unique specialization in the freight industry and soon gained a market-leading position.
  • By entering new partners and responding to ongoing changes in market needs, M&P developed towards “Executive Search” and “Mergers & Acquisition” activities in the late 1990s.
  • As a founding member of Experts for Experts International AG (e4e), M&P took a significant step beyond Switzerland’s borders towards globalization in 2002. Since 2016, the international network has been called Experts for Experts International Association with activities in America, Europe and Asia. Christian Zesiger is acting as Chairman since 2016.
  • As of January 1, 2014, all activities were transferred to the company “Experts for Experts (Switzerland) Ltd.” and thus only the logical and consistent continuation of the path of internationalization taken in 2002.
  • Today, the product “Executive Search” is offered under the established brand name “Meneghin & Partner” by Experts for Experts (Switzerland) Ltd.
  • Since 32 years, we have been the reference for the execution of demanding mandates, regardless of geography. Whenever customers consider our competence to be more valuable, we are the right contact persons.
  • Our team includes M&A specialists who bring years of industry experience and understand the business. In contrast to the generalists in this specialty business, we understand not only figures in balance sheets and income statements, but also how these figures came about. Due to our in-depth market knowledge, we have an extensive network of relationships and know who could fit whom.
