International mandates

We have been supporting national and multinational companies and candidates since 1987. Together with our clients we have grown steadily and have continuously refined our processes. Over the years, our activities have expanded to cover the whole of Europe, the Middle East and Asia. One of our specialities in executive search is international mandates: The client is in country A, the vacancy in country B, and we find candidates all over the world.

Various instruments can be used to search for executives. Experts for Experts has many years of experience in personnel consulting and uses the method of direct approach for the optimal filling of key positions. In a personal meeting between us and the client, the detailed requirement profile is worked out:

  • What kind of position is to be filled in which environment?
  • What goals is the company pursuing and what is its positioning?
  • What are the requirements of the new employee in terms of content and character?

International network

Directly related to the complexity of a mandate is the time schedule, which is agreed with the client for the completion of a mandate at the end of the analysis phase. Our own well-coordinated research team then becomes active. The first potential candidates are identified in our comprehensive database and within our international network. In the next step, potential candidates are approached, their interests are assessed and validated in a personal interview.

 

Prompt organisation of interviews

Once the e4e consultant is convinced of the candidate’s skills, competence and character traits, the candidate documents are presented to the client in a personal interview. After the client has selected the desired candidates, we organise the personal interviews in a timely manner. It is very important to us that the interviews take place in quick succession so that the client can make a direct comparison of the candidates. One of our consultants is always present.

 

Full project support

In the further course of the selection, we check the references of the desired candidates and accompany the contract negotiations until they are concluded. The entire selection process takes between eight and twelve weeks, depending on the requirements profile and the availability of all parties involved. In addition, we accompany the candidate and the client during the familiarisation phase.
