Strategy consulting

Experts for Experts is your trusted partner at eye level with project-specific expertise

Industry experience, market knowledge and empathy

Our consultants can support projects directly and immediately, efficiently and thus cost-effectively and promisingly, or handle them themselves. Successful companies, from SMEs to large corporations, make targeted use of consultants. In the vast majority of cases, this is not due to a lack of existing skills. By engaging a consultant, the company buys in specialist know-how for a particular project and or additional necessary capacity, for example for future-oriented projects or for solving complex problems. This brings advantages to the company, such as time savings through immediate availability of the consultant, flexible, variable and limited costs compared to permanent staff, and much more. We will be happy to show you what our experts can achieve by means of reference examples.

Success can be planned

In order to develop and implement a project with a consultant successfully, there are a number of crucial steps to be taken:

  1. selection of the consultant
The consultant should meet the requirements relevant to the topic. Professional experience, industry knowledge, references, availability.
  2. precise definition of the assignment
The consultancy can never be better than the assignment. Measurable objectives and scope of work should be precisely agreed with the consultant and formulated in writing.
  3. procedure
Complex tasks become clear. The challenge becomes transparent by dividing it into individual steps, such as carrying out a rough analysis, pointing out possible solutions, setting priorities, and detailed work. The solution concept should be presented, if possible with variants, showing costs and benefits as well as the personnel and material consequences.
  4. clear fee arrangements
Clarity keeps costs under control. Depending on the assignment, a flat fee or a time and material fee can be agreed upon. In the case of fees based on working days or hours, it is advisable to set a cost ceiling.
  5. Implementation
Unfortunately, many projects become paper tigers. To prevent this from happening, it is very important that the responsible employees are involved in the project from the beginning, by the consultant as well as by the management. On the other hand, the consultant must also be involved in the implementation.
  6. success control
What counts is only success! Joint ongoing and final control and assessment of the results by the client and the consultant are a prerequisite. Have the set goals been achieved? If not, what are the reasons? Are supplementary measures necessary?
