Strategy consulting
Experts for Experts is your trusted partner at eye level with project-specific expertise
Industry experience, market knowledge and empathy
Our consultants can support projects directly and immediately, efficiently and thus cost-effectively and promisingly, or handle them themselves. Successful companies, from SMEs to large corporations, use consultants in a targeted manner. In the majority of cases, this does not happen due to a lack of existing skills. With the engagement of a consultant, the company buys specialist know-how for a specific project and/or additional necessary capacity, for example for future-oriented projects or for solving complex problems. This brings advantages to the company, such as time savings due to the immediate availability of the consultant, flexible, variable and limited costs compared to permanent staff, etc. We will be happy to show you what our experts can do with reference examples.
Success can be planned
In order to really develop and implement a project with a consultant, there are a few crucial steps to consider:
- Selection of the consultant
The consultant should meet topic-relevant requirements. Professional experience, industry knowledge, references, availability. - Precise definition of the order
Advice can never be better than the order. Measurable objectives and scope of work must be precisely coordinated with the consultant and formulated in writing. - Procedure
Complex tasks become clear. By dividing it into individual steps, such as carrying out a rough analysis, showing possible solutions, setting priorities, detailed work, the challenge becomes transparent. The solution concept should be presented, if possible with variants, showing costs and benefits as well as the personnel and material consequences. - Clear fee regulation
Clarity keeps costs under control. Depending on the order, a lump sum or expense fee can be agreed. In the case of expense fees based on working days or hours, it is advisable to set a cost ceiling. - Implementation
Unfortunately, many projects become paper tigers. To prevent this from happening, it is of great importance that the responsible employees are involved in the project from the very beginning, by the consultant as well as by the management. On the other hand, the consultant must also be involved in the implementation. - Success
What counts is only success! Joint ongoing and final monitoring and assessment of the results by the client and consultant are a prerequisite. Have the set goals been achieved? If not, what are the reasons? Are supplementary measures necessary?
