  • Main activities:
    • Management and responsibility for operational tasks within the division
    • Personnel management for National Distribution with a staff of over 250 employees and 25 contracted drivers
    • Planning and coordination of tasks; optimize organizational structures within the divisions transportation, storage, cargo handling and administration
    • Development and coordination of the 8 national platforms
    • Process analysis and process optimization
    • Management and support of major projects with respect to the development of the division
    • Budget responsibility
    • Acquisition of new business as well as calculation and implementation of major projects
    • Leading the sales team und coordination of marketing and sales activities
