Behavioural analyses such as PersProfile help candidates better assess their own abilities. They give the consultant a complementary impression for the personal assessment of a candidate’s behavioural structure.

Without using the means of deep psychology, it is possible with little time to use the persProfile behavioural analysis to identify classical patterns of behaviour of different personality types and to accurately identify the motivation, course of action and to close an applicant’s expectations.

The analysis result can be part of our interview process. Our consultants discuss the outcome in detail with the candidates.

This process step requires a high degree of discretion. Information and documents of the candidates will therefore only be passed on to third parties with their consent.
